Why Rahul Gandhi is known as Pappu
Rahul Gandhi, son of Sonia and Rajiv Gandhi, is apparently the only Pappu ever born in Gandhi family. Within India and abroad, he is popularly addressed as "Pappu". If you don't know what "pappu" means, a pappu is someone who is slow, understands things the wrong way and who often needs an explanation to almost everything as he/she cannot analyse what is going on. To be precise, pappu means dumb and duffer. Now, why Rahul Gandhi is known as Pappu can be best explained by Rahul himself.
