Death by Shawarma – 19 year old boy dies after eating Shawarma
Two street food vendors have been arrested after a 19-year-old man died from consuming 'chicken shawarma' bought from their stall in Mumbai. According to an official, the victim, identified as Prathamesh Bhokse, purchased the food from the accused vendors in Trombay on May 3.

On May 4, Bhokse experienced severe stomach pain and vomiting, prompting him to seek medical treatment at a nearby municipal hospital. After returning home, his condition worsened, leading his family to rush him to KEM Hospital on May 5.
