Adar Poonawalla buys a mansion in London's Mayfair that has an area of 25,000 square foot. Located near Hyde Park, Mayfair is one of the most upscale neighbourhoods in London. Adar Poonawalla will pay £138 million (British Pounds) or Rs. 1,445 Crores (Indian Rupees) for his London mansion. The property originally belongs to Dominika Kulczyk, who is late Polish businessman Jan Kulczyk's daughter. She will be selling the mansion to Adar Poonawalla, once the paperwork is complete. Jan Kulczyk was the richest man in Poland.
